Trading in your Pod is simple, there are just four steps to unlock your upgrade credit
Estimate your Pod’s value
Use the dropdown below to select your Pod model and device condition.
Place your order
Select trade-in at checkout when purchasing Pod 5. Your credit will not be applied until inspection.
Send in your Pod
Use the prepaid shipping label and the packaging from your new Pod, if needed.
Get your refund
We’ll refund your trade-in credit after inspection. You must return your Pod to receive credit.
Estimate your trade-in value
Answer a few questions to see how much credit you may get toward your new Pod 5. Final credit amount will depend on the state of your trade-in product.*
