Eligibility
The Eight Sleep Signed Hub Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Eight Sleep, Inc. and AMR GP Limited (the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team), their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies involved with the Giveaway, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Timing
The Giveaway begins on October 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CT and ends on October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How to enter
During the Giveaway Entry Period, go to eightsleep.mom/austin-giveaway , including by scanning the QR code at the Eight Sleep House of Sleep in Austin, Texas, and complete the entry form. Each completed form receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Any attempt to obtain more entries through multiple email addresses, identities or automated means will void all of that participant’s entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Winner determination
On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and provide the information needed for prize fulfillment, including name, phone number and a US shipping address. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person.
POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER.
Verification of potential winner
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (the “Affidavit”) by the date Sponsor specifies. The potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if: (a) the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort or a notification is returned as undeliverable; (b) the potential winner declines or cannot accept the prize; (c) the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules or the stated time periods; (d) the potential winner is found ineligible; or (e) the potential winner fails to return the Affidavit.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) Eight Sleep Hub signed by Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. Approximate retail value: $3100. Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner’s US address by November 30, 2026. The prize is awarded as-is, without warranty of any kind, and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any costs not stated here, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9.
Entry conditions and release
Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions; and (b) release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, AMR GP Limited and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, drivers, officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from all claims, liability and damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotion in any media, without further compensation.
General conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) inaccurate entries; (b) lost, late or misdirected entries or notifications; (c) technical, network or computer failures; (d) any inability of the winner to accept the prize; or (e) events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If technical problems or unforeseen events compromise the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify or terminate it and award the prize from eligible entries received before termination.
Limitations of liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect information, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or errors in administering the Giveaway or processing entries. If an entry is erroneously lost or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry. No more than one (1) prize will be awarded.
Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants agree that: (1) disputes will be resolved individually, without class actions, in the federal and state courts of New York; (2) claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorney’s fees; and (3) entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
Winner List
To obtain the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Eight Sleep, Inc., 915 Broadway, Suite 1301, New York, NY 10010, Attn: Eight Sleep Signed Hub Giveaway, Winner List. Requests must arrive within 60 days of the end of the Giveaway Entry Period.
